I used the app to order 2 large pizzas. One pepperoni one sausage. The app said it would be 20 minutes so the estimate to be picked up was 8:43 pm. I waited 15 or so minutes and drove up there. It was 8:38 when I showed. For about 5 min no one asked if I needed anything. Finally they at the front told me to just ring the bell. A lady turned around behind the pizza counter and looked at me seeming confused. She could not speak any English so the communication between us was terrible. I said I was the to pick up my pizza. She said it says 8:43. I said yes that's right that is supposed to be the pickup time. Nothing had even been started. Now its almost 9 and I had to be right back no one there seemed to know what to do. The lady upfront asked if I would like her to make it for me. I said no and politely walked out. When people order Togo it usually means they have things going on and I did and had to be back which is why I went to pickup instead of choosing delivery. Which they quickly told me they would not fix my pizza and deliver to me either... Which I thought this...
Read moreI placed an order today. They called back after the order was placed and said they were out of the crispy chicken sandwich. I asked if they could give me something else instead. The very rude and unhelpful girl said no she can't. I asked what I need to do to either get a refund or get another item. The girl said she has no idea because she has never used the app. They ended up making the rest of the food and had it delivered. The delivery driver said he tried to get them to give a refund on the chicken sandwich since they didn't provide it and the lady ended up being short with him and said no. I couldn't ever find a place to request a refund on the app. I'll have to try and contact the manager of the store and see if the person will provide some help. If not I'll call the corporate office and if that doesn't work then I will decline the charge on my card. Either way I will not be ordering from...
Read moreThis location is my favorite “go-to” gas station bc of the employees, cleanliness, and down to earth hospitality I always get. The ladies in the morning are smiling and serve every customer with respect. Mid day is always nice and chill cashiers. Afternoon is always upbeat and bustling with attentive staff. Dennis the Manager has been keeping the place very orderly, up to date(s), and sparkling clean! His customer service is top-tier and he’s always considerate towards everyone that walks through his doors, even if he’s drowning in tasks/customers/venders etc. I’ve seen incredibly rude/inconsiderate customers try to break employee’s good spirits here and I’m proud that they don’t crack.
