If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. First and absolute last time there. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Snowcone left you wishing you had your $2.50 back, not to mention the owner "Mac" had the worst customer service imaginable. For 45 minutes he argued with and tried to duck honoring my friends email promo from Oklahoma Christian "free small snow cone with student ID", and after finally giving him one proceeded to track my friend down again and start heckling him calling him a cry baby..... the experience was literally the worst I've ever had at a snow cone place. There isn't a drive through option, which was fine. They have games to play while you wait. There were 3 people inside the building but only 1 working. (One of the girls was joking that she was distracting the guy as he was handing us drinks) They waited to serve our family of 4 at the same time instead of 1 at a time as they are made like other places. We paid for extra gummys, cream etc and it was forgotten on half of them. There also is no "top" so it's flat, and by the time I got my sno cone it was almost an inch below the top of the cup. Normally back in the day I remember this place being awesome and great! But this experience this evning was Absolutely HORRIBLE, first off there was only 4 people waiting in line and from the time I got there with only 4 people waiting, it took pushing 50 mins to get ours, then they didn’t know how to make a snow cone, hardly put any flavor, to the point of where most of the shaved ice was still clear ice color without any flavoring on it, absolutely waist of money threw them away as soon as we arrived home.
