Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Recently moved to the area. My husband I both have gone to this Sonic at different times within the last few months and have had to wait so long for someone to take our order, that we just leave. I tried one last time this evening on my way home from work. (it has not mattered what time of the day it is....they continuously have terrible service) I pulled into a stall, pushed the button and waited 10 minutes before I decided to try the drive through window. There was a person in front of me ordering but when I pulled up, nobody answered the call. Not one time was I acknowledged while I was at this restaurant, though I saw 3 people working. And the kicker? There were only 4 cars on the entire lot. I finally left and drove across the street to McDonald's. As I sat in line, I could see the cars at Sonic. The person that had been in front of me was still in the drive through lane waiting and I saw at least 5 other cars park, wait and drive away because they obviously weren't being helped either. The line I was in at McDonald's was packed and they were still faster than Sonic across the street. That was my last attempt to do business there. I will not ever give them my time or money again. Don't waste YOUR time either....

I've gone here a few times and just because of convenience I go back but won't after tonight. I placed a simple order for two six packs of Garlic Parmesan boneless wings. The guy reads back two BBQ so I correct him and he gives me my total and I pull up. Well the guy at the window confirms two orders of BBQ and I correct him again. Instead of fixing it he begins to argue with me over what I ordered. I obviously know what I ordered and told him again. He walks away for a minute and comes back to tell me it will be a while before he can get me my food if I still want Garlic Parmesan. Apparently the 5 seconds it took me to pull forward they used everything they had. He then argues again about what I ordered so I cancel my order and leave. Just unbelievably bad service which is unlike any Sonic I've visited in the past. I'll just have to go out of my way to one of the other Sonic's that will provide...

Every time I go this sonic my order is screwed up in such a way that I wasted all the money I spent. And I got charged multiple times because their card scanner wasn't working. My tater tots weren't even kind of warm they were old and nasty. My gravy was white water. Seriously they watered down the gravy it had no consistency at all. My chicken strips were tiny and overcooked. Everything was just nasty. The only good thing was my carhop but I regret the tip I gave for crappy food...i bit into one of those tiny chicken strips and it was nothing but rotten tasting gristle and flesh..it was pink inside. Absolutely disgusting! I will never return to...
