Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I would not even give one star, but to review I have to. So we order from this location often. We get wrong orders, we get bad food. Well I have never really complained until today. They showed on the tracker our pizza was done at 3:40 pm delivery time said up to 49 mins. I didn’t want an old pizza again so I called and asked about how long it would be that we didn’t want old food. He said if it’s not WARM when it gets there we will bring it back and remake it. So wait till who knows when to get the pizza I asked when the driver would be back or if he had any idea when it would be delivered he said I have no clue. I thought about it and called back to cancel my order because he was so unhelpful and I knew our food was gonna be sitting for a while Obviously. They could have cared less. You just lost a good local customer. I don’t recommend this place if you order delivery watch the tracker make sure your not getting old food. And I even had a free pizza on that order that now we will never get thanks to the employees who know nothing about properly handling people and customer service. And I was in no way rude. I was nice and still got blown off like dirt. Don’t take old nasty food from them. I should have complained every time we got something bad and didn’t. But we have had a lot of good times ordering from there but these last few months this place is going downhill. They need to get their stuff together. UPDATE SO WE DECIDED LAST NIGHT to give IT ONE MORE SHOT. IT WAS LATE so SOME PIZZA IT was around 9:30 and today everyone in the House that ate the pizza was throwing up latter this morning and still don’t feel good. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Placed a delivery order on Labor Day. After over 30 minutes I noticed that my order has still not been started… I called the store to see if there was a mistake or they have not received my order and was told that the deliveries were running over an hour and a half. At that time, I asked if picking it up was an option and asked what would need to be done to get back my delivery fee and tip for the driver. The young man that was answering my questions was very short with me and eventually ended up hanging up on me. I called him back and asked if he had done it on purpose to which he told me yes because I was being “snappy with him “. I explained that I wasn’t intending to be and again asked what I needed to do to get my order prepared and then agreed to what he told me needed to be done. He then replied back “I canceled your order” and hung up on me again. I called back...he then hung up on me the second I told him that I wanted verification that my credit card amount was being reimbursed. Therefore, I drove to the store location in order to receive a verification that I was getting my money back. He refused to answer any of my questions, to tell me what his managers name is, to tell me what his name is, and then threatened to “push the police button in order to get me out of his store”. I will be reaching out to the store manager and will not do business with a store that treats their paying...

Horrible customer service ! I called to have delivered to a hotel 2.8mi away, the lady who answered was rude ! And put me on hold as she's yelling out she's not good with addresses as I gave her my location, a male got on the phone was okay as taking my order and got everything ordered, did not say thank you, but I did and did not say have a good night nor bye, but before hanging up the phone I heard him say in a very annoyed voice "oh my god ! ... " then hung up. Ugh excuse me if I'm being picky! But if you're complaining about your job, then maybe you shouldn't be working there ! And it doesn't stop there, I get a call to my cell from the guy on his way to deliver to tell me his on his way, I'm outside so he does not have to come all the way to my floor where I'm staying, I ask for the small packages of cheese and pepper, and without looking at me while getting in his car, he says, "where out " and turns up his music and leaves .... SPEECHLESS ! I can NOT believe it, this was the WORST customer service I've ever had in my life ! I don't even feel comfortable eating my food, thinking they did some shaddy stuff to it ...
