Spoke with your manager Salina about an issue I had with your store 2 minute curbside delivery guarantee due to the time being stopped and marked as my order was being delivered when it was not. The time had 12 seconds left before I was owed a free pizza for the time limit not being met and it was fraudulently marked as delivered even enough it was not brought out to me for an additional 2 minutes. I address the curbside employee at the time it happened as well and I was told oh well they will not be doing anything to compensate me, as they rightfully should. I will now be returning my complete order for a refund when this could’ve simply been handled different. Read moreI ordered online for a pizza and chicken. I also agreed to their no contact policy. I also put in the notes not to ring the doorbell or knock on the door! I also put in the notes to bag up my order. When the delivery guy or a girl came to my door, the first thing they did was ring the doorbell. Then they proceeded to bang on the door. They woke up my whole household. Which was the reason I wanted no contact delivery as they offer! And my order of course was not bagged the way I had asked him to do. I am so sick of dominoes! I will not be using them anymore no matter what!! When I called the store to complain the girl with a fake British accent tried to ask me questions about if I indicated that I did not want any contact any doorbell ring or any knock. I just said you guys need to get your s**t straight! And hung up....

I figured as it was our fault there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Gave it a shot anyways and called back.
Jake answered the phone and was happy to ask the manager Kindra about it because it was an abnormal request and they were already super busy. They opted to happily make us a new order for the pizza we actually wanted as long as we brought the old one back in.
