Order number 203. I ordered around 4:30PM. I thought I was ordering from the N May location but later found out it was from the location on Lottie. I ordered pizza and wings. The delivery arrived around 5:15 or so. We ate and not even 10 minutes later we were throwing up. I decided to notify the store. Some idiot manager named Brian sounded more bothered by me than concerned. He stated they would investigate and call me back. He called me back and said that they needed a portion of the food to send it off for testing. I told him that most of it was already consumed but that I did have a few slices of pizza and some wings left but that I also wanted a refund. He stopped talking and just stayed on the phone. I told him that I didn’t want them coming to my house without issuing a refund. It was a wasted meal and we deserve compensation. Read moreI tried to call multiple times to place an order due to the coupon I was utilizing, it would not let me place the order online. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and ended up driving to the store. When at the store, I still was ignored. Finally, I was greeted by the GM Kevin. I told him I had been trying to get through on the phone and he immediately got defensive saying he's the only person working. Which I said I understand, but wanted to give him perspective from a customer experience. He stared yelling at me saying he didn't like my attitude and tried to refuse to serve me. I was not raising my voice at this man. I was not cursing at this man. I told him no, you don't like that I have feedback for you as a manager. I told him there is no reason not to serve me and I would be contacting corporate. He said he didn't care because he is the General Manager. He did end up taking my order but this is the absolute worst experience I have had. Something needs to be corrected at this location...
Read moreMy wife and I ordered a carry out via Dominos app - one large pizza and tater tots at 7:07 pm on Thursday 2/29/24. We needed something fast for dinner, since we were in the process of moving and we were starving. The estimate wait was 25 minutes. We arrived to pick up the order after 30-35 minutes, but the app was saying it's still in the prep stage. There were couple of people in front of us as well, so we decided to wait a little bit longer.
After almost an hour of waiting, around 8pm, I asked the lady who works there about my order and she said that there are 3 orders ahead of me and that my order has not even been started yet! She told me that my order will be ready in the next 20-30 minutes! LOL With the speed of service, I would say that was wishful thinking. Hour and a half for Domino's pizza? Give me a break! Clearly, we canceled the order and went to another place to eat.
