I decided to stop in between jobs at this location for the 1st time and what a mistake I made. First I sat in the drive-thru for 2-3 minutes in silence because no one greeted me. Then after my order: 13pcs lucky Deal spicy + 3 zing sauces 3pcs original combo w/ fries and raspberry lemon lots of honey and butter.
I was instructed to drive forward when I got to the cashier window a young black girl immediately started to yawn on my face not using any other word she repeated everything I ordered which matched my description above. Another mid-20s black young man walked behind her looking into my car without a hair net because he has long dreadlocked hair.
My total was over $31.xx and received my order no a “thank you” nor a “have a nice day/life!”. Immediately when I arrived at my destination 5mins the order I received was: 13 regular chicken fingers pcs a large side of white gravy + 3 tiny pcs of chicken.

Read moreMy grandmother ordered Golden Chick from this location tonight through doordash. The food arrived and we realized Golden Chick forgot the gravy and the rolls which I don't understand how it's possible if you have one person doing the food and then the other person is supposed to be checking food. However when we called they told us that we could come back up there and get the remainder of the food even though we ordered through door Dash so that we wouldn't have to come up there. We asked for a refund on just those items which would have been less than $12. They said if we wanted a refund she would have had to call corporate. Sad that that is the only solution when they are a franchise. Shame on you Lorenzo for not making it right people pay good money and they don't need to be getting screwed around because you don't know how to do your job and make sure people are doing their job by ensuring an order is correct before sending it out. Read moreFirst time for me at a Golden Chick. Order taker (Daquailon) was friendly and did great taking care of me. Unfortunately when I got home, I noticed some of my order was incorrect. Returned to the store and was met in the parking lot by the store GM (Mo Harzawy) who took absolute control of a bad situation, and absolutely turned it around into one of the best customer service experiences I've had - very similar to Apple Care customer support. Mistakes absolutely happen - it's what the company or the people who work for that company do, to show their customer's that they are truly sorry, and the steps they take to make things right...that make the difference between a scathing 1 star review, and this VERY enthusiastic 5 Star review!
