Oh my word, worst experience I have ever had ordering food.
So I ordered an egg muffin, sausage egg and cheese, two hash browns and an iced coffee. Easy enough right?
Well first I waited at the window for about 5-6 min. I used to manage at a McD's so I know nothing I ordered would take longer than 3 min to cook, but hey whatever, if I get hot/fresh food I more than happy and willing to wait a few extra minutes, btw I was the only one in line upon ordering, so no one was in front of me
So I finally get my order and as I leave to go get gas, I look inside my bag to realize my hash browns are missing so I turn and go back through drive thru by the this time cars have pulled up so I'm in line behind them
And I sit there for another 6 min. I was right in front of the first window the majority of the time so they easily could've walked back and handed them to me so I wouldn't have to wait in line or they could've walked outside and did the same thing, but that would show they actually cared about their customers, so obviously they don't
So finally after about 15 min total, I got my order, right? Wrong. They only have me one f-ing hashbrown and it was cold, as if they were mocking me
Again I turn the f around and I pull directly to the window, and I cussed out the manager in the yellow, and told him he needs to learn to do his bleeping job. At this point, I demand a refund, because I lost my appetite. I hand the guy my receipt and wait for another few minutes for him to get back
And then I looked at the refund receipt he gave me and guess what? It was wrong, big shocker, I know. Again they forgot my 2nd hashbrown (btw I did in fact order 2, it was clear as day on my original receipt that I paid for 2). And again I pull in, walk in front of the car waiting and demand my refund for my 2nd hash brown. Funny thing is the idiot did it wrong again!!! Instead of refunding one hash brown he refunds 2!
So all in all what did I get from this 25 min ordeal? $1.04. What did I want? Some food and an iced coffee. What where my expectations? To get what I wanted in about 5min or less. What I received instead was not even close to what I wanted
Oh and the whole time this was going there was another manager there as well, he was a black guy wearing a black shirt, and instead of checking in the customer (me) he was just walking around the store putting new date labels on everything.
So in conclusion if this is the type of service I recieve when at least 2/3 of the staff are managers (i didn't see a 3rd person, but I wouldn't the doubt presence of one) please under all circumstances, never ever go here. I implore you, no I beg you to never spend a single...
Read moreWe went here to get my daughter something to eat after her plane ride back from California. She was starving. We went inside and tried to order what she eats from the kiosk but it wasn’t there. (The 2 cheeseburger meal) so I went to the cash registers to order. The guy that took the orders was off doing whatever he was doing and the bagger was just standing there. Seen me there and said absolutely nothing to me or to the cashier. After waiting for 15 minutes just to get our order taken we wait for about another 20 minutes for the food. Which the cheeseburgers were not made right. We asked for meat, cheese and pickles only with extra pickles.) if I was for me or my husband I wouldn’t have cared. But they put so much onion on them and my daughter won’t eat them that way. I can’t eat raw onion but I would have taken off as much as I could and at it anyway. Well one of them wasn’t so bad so I was like I’ll just wipe them off and the cashier said there is also onion in the patty so he had them make 2 more. So we waited another 10 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers to be made.
They were slow. I mean so slow that it was literally just me, my husband and my daughter in there. And one guy in the corner asleep.
But as we were waiting the bagger was grabbing fries with his bare hands and eating them. I was completely shocked. If it wasn’t for my daughter not having eaten since breakfast and being starving at 11 something at night I would have just had them give me a refund and went elsewhere.
And her lack of eating was not my fault. She was in California visiting her dad and he only fed her breakfast, drove hours to get her to the airport and then put her on the plane. For the record I am still livid about that. I didn’t know until my daughter landed In Oklahoma City.
But I sure hope they go back and watch the video of that night. At the very least those employees need to be retrained.
We literally ordered a two cheeseburger meal with just meat cheese and pickles medium size with a strawberry Fanta freeze. 2 mc chickens, a large mocha frappe with no whip cream and small...

This McDonald's is my hot button so sit back a moment while I rant.
This has got to be the most poorly managed McDonald's in existence. When they built it I thought, that will be nice. Think again! I'd rather drive to Douglas & 29th or 23rd in Choctaw. On the rare occasion they are open you either have to get out and go inside; which I don't mind so much mind if it wasn't for the fact that there is a DRIVE THROUGH. Wendy's is right across the highway, make a break for it? When you do receive your food it's, in all likely hood, wrong. I could complain all day but this location needs new ownership or management one. I AM IN NO WAY BLAMING THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER! This is trickle down incompetence. It starts from the top. When you have two people working an evening dinner time shift and they don't even have the drive through open, or two people on a weekend night shift there's a problem. I have watched car after car drive away, furiously mind you, from the drive through without ordering time and time again. Has it really come to this? The well oiled machine that once was McDonald's is going to be destroyed because our young people have decided they are not willing to work for McDonald's for whatever reason? Sure it's not a glorious job you probably want to retire from (do people still do that?) But it's a stepping stone. I mean they offer college tuition and the work isn't all that bad. It's more or less assembly line and it's air conditioned. All I can say is, better leave that border open. (Don't read too much into that comment. It wasn't racist. It was a compliment. Without immigrants America wouldn't be what it is today.) I did it when I was 16. You can't tell me they are understaffed. They are under managed. The chocolate chip cookies are the only reason I darken the doorway of this location these days. P.s. Is it just me or did COVID have an unreported symptom that somehow destroyed the concept of customer service and consistency? Better get them Feds working on that to...
