I placed an order for a vegan cake a few days ago, and while I fully understand the complexities involved in creating a high-quality vegan dessert, I must express that the final product did not meet the standards I anticipated, especially given the consistently positive reviews I had seen online. The cake itself was unfortunately very dry and crumbly, with certain sections being so firm that I was unable to cut through them with a knife. In addition, some portions of the cake appeared to be undercooked, which further impacted both the texture and overall experience. The flavor also fell short of expectations, and I did not find the cake enjoyable. We recently used Ms. Sara's as catering for our memorial service. We were unsure of what kind of light refreshments to provide for the service and when we arrived, Ms Sara provided the best advice. We ordered her cookies, baklava, and assorted sweets. We also ordered her savory chicken and feta rolls. Our guests enjoyed all of the food! We recommend the savory rolls for any event.
