Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Server went down as soon as I pulled up and had already ordered my food. I have been waiting for over an hour and called and just asked for my money back and got a response, “I’m sure you’ve gotten your money back. We have refunded everyone. If you don’t get it back then you’ll get a free meal or something like that.” I checked my account and have not received my money back so I called and they said they’ll get me a free me but I don’t want a free meal, I want the food and drink that I ordered and my money back. I have been treated and talked to with no respect whatsoever. There is literally a guy with a “crew leader” shirt on walking around asking if we are waiting on an order and not apologetic or anything and said, “yeah our server is down.” And walked away without allowing me to respond. If I could give this place no stars from all the other bad experiences I would. If you’re a leader here, then I’m not even sure what to think about the people...

The sonic on SW 36th and council is the worst sonic. They were the rudest workers. They cut people off mid-order. They have attitudes and then blame the customers for things. When they are asked what they did to my food because I called and made a complaint the response was THATS A STUPID QUESTION. It’s not a stupid question when it’s been known to happen. It was some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Your employees obviously hate their job and it shows thru and thru. Not to mention how long they take. I called to make sure they got my full order since mid order the total/pay screen came on they hung up on me. I’m not the only that has had problems there. They have been like that several times to several people in the neighborhood behind this Sonic. The girl taking orders was outside of the store hanging out with someone in a car then proceeded to play on her phone instead of taking orders. They are losing business...

I love Sonic but here lately the food quality seems to be suffering. I don't know if I'm just showing up at the wrong time or what, but if the food is going to be lower standards than anywhere else then why and I paying top dollar for their food?

I just had the worst #4 BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster EVER. I saved the fries for last to get the taste of the burger out of my mouth. Toasters are supposed to be on TEXAS TOAST, not sandwhich bread (which was burnt), and it was cold when I got it. I usually never complain but when you are expecting the most delicious item on the menu and it tastes like it had been sitting out for a day or two then I have a problem.

Also their sandwiches look like they've been stuff between someone's ass cheeks and then they tried to put the hamburger in the wrapper...
