Blind Swine on Duck Creek — Restaurant in Oklahoma

I Went Here with my family & had concerns with the menu because it all sounded strange to me. When I arrived I was absolutely blown away with how Delicious this food truly was! I had the Low Country with Fried Green Beans & it was absolute heaven in my mouth! I also got to try some of the sweet tater tots & they too were delicious! My recommendation is to not go in with “will this taste good” because ALL of it taste good! This restaurant is more of a bar than a restaurant with paper plates & styrofoam cups, but the food absolutely does not disappoint! You get to sit outside on a dock & the environment feels very relaxing/ outdoorsy. they were slightly busy while we were there so getting our food seemed to take longer than most places during busy times, but our waitress Kimberlynn was absolutely incredible! She was very sweet & made sure we had drinks filled & apologized for the food taking awhile. I would have gave 5 stars but the paper plates & styrofoam cups gave it a cheap vibe & I found myself struggling to keep them on the table when it got windy. But as far as drinks & food goes: this place is a 10/10!...

My parents have lived here for 4 yrs, and we have never went. We decided to try it out last night, And I called first.. ask of it’s a family atmosphere, stated yes.. come on, bring your family… we have tables open till 10. So at 8:30 we headed that way. Got there at 8:43. The waitress came to our table and said, you do know we close at 9! I stated we called and they said 10. She said oh well it’s 9. I would’ve never dragged my parents whom are elderly all the way down there if it’s closed. They can’t walk well. We really was excited to treat them! We ordered, eat extremely fast to not make them late! Finished before 9:45 , gave her my card to go ahead and pay. They lost my card, found it finally. Sat next to a table full of dunks, being very loud, using extremely vulgar language. Maybe should’ve cut them off a little earlier. And behind was a man with a child sitting at the bar. Probably...

Gave BSoDC a little break b/c they just opened, but you need to TRAIN these new young employees! Service was not too good. On Monday it took awhile to get menus, our friend went & got the table's 2 drinks off bar after they sat there for awhile, ordered fried green beans for appetizer - they came out with our meal and as expected were cold and our friend's hamburger was almost to well done to eat. If the waitress/service would have been better, I'm sure he would have sent it back, but he couldn't even get her attention - she just wasn't paying attention to her customer too well.
