Nancy's Cafe — Restaurant in Oklahoma

Pleasant atmosphere, the food was decent, a lil overpriced for the meals. I ordered a hoagie meal w/ a bag of chips. I received a half (almost the same size of a hotdog bun) of a hoagie sandwich. As I'm disappointed with the kids sized meal I received for the full priced meal. I ordered a chocolate piece of pie. Excited that at least I would have a yummy dessert, the pie tasted as if they made chocolate pudding and accidentally topped it with meringue topping. So as I'm still starving I eat the pie, but I separate the meringue from the pudding and eat it individually because mixed together is not very pleasant, as I'm finishing I immediately regretted eating the pie. Although my mother's meal was a full sized meal lol (not a kids meal) she had no complaints. What a cute little place! We stayed in the lodge and had to visit. Hubby and I both had sandwiches with potato salad; he had the turkey, bacon & swiss, and i had the club. They were both delicious and the potato salad was to die for. We also had a slice of pecan and coconut pie and they both were awesome. When we came, it was just miss Nancy in there, and she had a few other customers so we had a small wait, but that was no problem at all. She took great care of us! Nancy is very nice and is full of heart warming information. She is very passionate about her restaurant and her customers. She has daily specials and good luck making a choice! No choice is a bad choice here! I am just glad they have to-go options since my belly isn't big enough for everything offered. She also offers catering and special orders on desserts she just needs 24 hour notice! I look forward to trying something new next time I visit. I also heard sunday is chicken pot pie day!
