Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma

This location definitely could use some training on quality control. Just in the past 2 weeks we visited four times. Twice we sat outside for dinner and the visits were fine except we weren't provided any straws/napkins/forks and had to ask for them. We have also visited twice via the drive thru window later at night for dessert. The first time I ordered a shake which as I pulled away, I discovered had a fly stuck on the whipping cream. Obviously this was discarded so a waste of time and around $7. Tonight we raced down there for dessert since they are only place open late. This time ordered Cheesecake/Reeses's master shake and M&M blast. The shake appeared to be pretty much a cup of soft serve with whipped cream and a few pieces of PB cup on top. It also had a strange chemical flavor to it. Nothing like I would have received from any other location. The blast also appeared to be a messy half full cup of soft serve with M&M dumped on top. I posted photo of this exactly how it was handed to me. Looks like it was started and handed out the window unfinished. Typically they are well worth $6-$7 price tag, but my suggestion at this location would be to just skip dessert or get something at the travel stop down the road you might at...

I don't know why but the service on this particular night is less than sub par but only for us at stall #5. I've been here 30mins. Iv orders but can't pay for it.on top of that I was rushed to do so by the order taker with a "what else ...what else..." the gm " Ashley" and the person who took our order was beyond rude. We ordered at 9:30 it's now 10:15 and we where informed ever so rudely that our order was deleted. I don't think it was. It never showed up on the screen or promt for payment. The GM who says her name was Ashley said that they say that they thought we where in the drive through. Which does not make sense because Iv worked at Sonic's before and there system for order taking can't make such a mistake.Ashley and the actual manager should be documented if not fired for the level of disrespect I and my wife received tonight. We come to this store every time we come to Windstar and have never been treated in such a disgraceful and unprofessional manner. If I could give them -5 stars I wouldn't hesitate. Now I'm just hungry because I don't trust such rude and spiteful employees. this is the very last time I visit this location unless someone reaches out to me and personally rectifies this...

I don't really remember being there when ? But if it was bad service I think I would have remembered it if it was the one up by Windstar it was really good service they have a playground for kids but yeah kids aren't allowed to Gamble. At least I don't think so. But I'm sure people go and bring their babysitters and watch their kids and their campers and they have pawn shops over there and all kinds of other things truck stops all kinds of places around there. But I don't remember so it's got to be good and I just didn't think that I was even followed by Google maps too when I go to work I try to line up pictures for the places I go to and I'm fixing to erase a lot of the pictures because apparently someone shut off my Google maps. Apparently it had been disabled when I was working I don't know if I disabled it Metro disabled it T-Mobile disabled it but I really think they knew that I was taking pictures of them they might disable it because I went to some other places I'd like to talk about and I...
