Smh I'm not from around here but this is by far my #1 Biryani I've ever had hands down! Small restaurant but huge flavor. I ordered the Paneer Masala with a spice level of medium. (Im a baby when it comes to hewt and this level was perfect) When you order you can see directly into the kitchen and it's super clean! Food is served in Styrofoam and plastic containers and on paper plates. Let's be honest we've to plenty of family gatherings and have eaten from the same with no complaints. I think them cutting down in dishes ensures the kitchen can stay clean. Food was seasoned perfectly i didn't salt, pepper or some other form of seasoning. Nice experience at this Dhabba - the taste of the paratha and other cuisine is so good - the seat capacity is limited currently but they’re expanding. It’s in the same complex of Frida’s Mexican cuisine. The place is new and clean. The food preparation, quality is excellent and serves warm. The aloo paratha is tandoor made.
