Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Okmulgee

Terrible!! If I could give no stars I would. There was only like 3 people in the dining area when we came in. We heard the people ahead of us mention that it had taken them 11/2 hours to receive a simple pizza but we thought maybe they were just slammed before that. We watched several other tables come and be seated. Took them forever to take their orders and drinks, and the waitress was just standing there for the most part. Took FOREVER to receive our food. 2 hours to be exact. There was an elderly couple who were in there before us and didn’t receive their food at all so they just walked out, we counted 7 people who just walked out to be exact. Don’t even get me started with our waitress. She’s the one with brownish hair that’s green on the bottom. SLOW. She would just stand there looking around doing nothing when there would be multiple people who needed refills. On the off chance she did do something she would walk right past people who clearly needed refills. I got tired of waiting so I walked up to the counter and asked for a refill myself. Not to mention I ordered a salad buffet and had to go ask for my plate because she never brought them, and she also didn’t bring me the right drink and asked if I wanted her to bring the right one out like DUH. The water I ordered was like warm and tasted like dirt and the cup was grimy. Then on top of all of that, I paid for salad buffet just for half of it to be missing. What do they do when we had to wait that long for our food? Charge us full price! It’s absolutely a shock to me that this location is still in business. I will never return here again....

Waited at Mazzio's Okmulgee an hour for this mess here. We thought it was bad when we finally got our pizza in a box but we were dining in. But, the surprise was still to come. Opened the box to find a dangleearring in our pizza, that no one knows where it came from, but she's going to find out. What a joke!!! Then the person in charge was making excuses that the waitress had to leave because of an emergency, the service was horrible long before she left, I mean she was in the working the drive thru window in the back with us in the dining room waiting to order. The woman who appeared to be in charge delivered us the wings and had the nerve to she before the waitress could leave she need us to pay so she could cash out the girls register. My husband told her not before we got our pizza. Then her next excuse was they have 2 new cooks in the kitchen which I informed her that is not my problem! The Health Department will be hearing from me come Monday morning!!! Never again Mazzio's, never again!! Got me once,...

Ordered food tonight didn’t get what we wanted/ordered. We payed $55 including tip and was told “our wing machine broke can I replace it for two deserts? I can’t refund it because the call center isn’t being very helpful” I said “no we already ordered cinnamon sticks can I get a pizza” and they said “we can give you loaded cheese dippers and a regular one” and I said “we don’t eat those can I get a pizza” And she said “you can get a medium one” and I said “okay chicken mushroom and jalapeño” we literally waited two hours for our food to get here just for them to not put mushrooms on the pizza and forget our drinks and he said “can I pay you back for them” I said “you can’t go back and get them?” he said “no we already closed”…. Which I don’t see how that’s my problem whenever I ordered two hours ago, so I said “okay I guess, I used to work for mazzios and I always went back” but anyways, I won’t be spending my money here again and that’s for sure. Mazzios has gone so down hill...
