Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Okolona

I never write reviews, especially bad ones. I would like to start by saying I’m not a Karen. I’m 19 and have worked in fast food service and seen rude customers first hand. I always try to be respectful because I know what it’s like. Now that that’s out of the way, every time I’ve went to this sonic they’ve gotten my order wrong. I’m out like over $50 because they forget things every time. Almost every carhop I’ve gotten has been rude or just not said anything. Not a word. I had one ask me (multiple times I came there) “No tip??” And get mad at me even though I tipped on the app. (I shouldn’t have tipped). I’ve politely asked them to bring me something I was missing multiple times and I sat there for 20 minutes and they never brought it out. Even when I pressed the red button. And no, I wasn’t rude. I’m sure someone is going to wonder “why do you still go there??” Because it’s the only place w food in Okolona. Other than dodges. I know most sonics suck but this one is the worst I’ve ever seen. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I drove off in the middle of placing my order due to the rude customer service from the employees. I'm from this small town and would expect so much more from this restaurant but I'm continuously met with disappointment every time I go. I've finally reached the point where I just simply don't go! The day my grandmother passed I went to sonic to get food for my family and with everything I was facing I still had to feed the family. I am really disappointed 😞. Okolona sonic use to be the best around and now it seems like you don't care anymore. I ordered a burger today and got a mouth full of hard plastic. I tried calling to let someone know but the phone is being ignored. I know that it's not because y'all were to busy because I was just there and I know there were very few customers. When I tried calling (more than once) I got a message that your voice-mail box is full which tells me that not only are calls being ignored on a regular basis but the messages are being ignored as well.
