My husband and I wanted food trucks for our wedding reception back in April and hired Kickin' Caribbean as one of them. Carrie's truck was an absolute hit! She was so responsive and organized leading up to our event. She even made us a mango wedding cake as a surprise! The food was good, our event planners enjoyed working with her, our wedding guests had positive feedback when they tried her truck, she was on time and seemed genuinely excited to be part of our event.
