This is my first time getting lash extension, and let me tell you I am obsessed! I was very hesitant at first because my daughter didn't have the best experience her first time at another studio in Tampa so I was a little nervous. When I called to figure out prices they told me about the new special for the month which was $93 thats unheard of for a new set and I was happy to hear that. Lo, took her time answering every. single. question. That made me thrilled because she didn't try to rush me or upsell me which is great - we love an honest queen!! Anyway, after my daughter got her lashes on and fixed by the one and only Kristeen my appointment was next and even with the classics that I have on they look so great!! Coming from someone that would fight every day just to curl her lashes, mascara, and blow three times dry every day just to get ready for work having lashes on is so simple and especially when they are done right! I am so obsessed and super happy we found this studio...

First time making an appointment here. Saw great reviews and close to my house. Wanted to try it out. Received my confirmation email and text for the appointment I had June 13th for 1pm. Got there about 10 minutes before.. no one was there and door was locked. I called, no one answered. Also sent a text per their answering my machine. Nothing. Waited in my car to see if someone would show up,1:05 went back to door still no one and was locked still. Stayed till about 1:10 called again no answer. Then I left. Completely unprofessional. No show for an appointment? No answer, nothing? Will not be making another appointment here again...

I've been looking for a new place for brow waxing. Ok, chin too. Sheesh! Now, they are known for their lashes and brows more than waxing but I will say this was the best wax experience I have ever had. Lo is the owner and took care of me. She is darling and attentive to your needs. I'm a very fair redhead and waxing can sometime be painful for me. I didn't even mention it to Lo but she checked every step to make sure I was ok. Of course I was! Lo was taking care of me. I am her client for life. Seriously.
