Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Olivehurst

Love that this location is a drive thru, but experienced some not so good customer service tonight. Told our pizzas would be ready at the window we get there and they aren’t, the pizzas were given to someone else. Had to pull around and wait and go inside after 8-10 minutes. Over ten minutes now and my husband is still waiting inside without our food. I get being busy, but customer service was lacking tonight. Also the doors clearly state masks are required to enter, I’ve seen about 6-8 people walk in stand in line or go in and pick up their food without any face covering or mask on. This wouldn’t be an issue for me if the drive thru experience would have worked like it...

Was there tonight went thru drive thru i placed my order the girl that took my order read my order back and got it wrong 3 times I get to the window she just seemed all over the place the workers in the back horse playing around I asked for garlic dipping sauce i know its .75 cents a piece i dient care she stated she couldnt do that what Im there all the time and purchase it i asked her name she said karen she didnt seem to be docused poor customer service i asked to speak with someone higher up and she wouldnt get anyone well i will never go back there and im a frequent customer Thank you karem fotr making my decision easier so marysville little...

I arrived at this location at 9:46pm, waited at the drive thru speaker, nobody acknowledged me so I drove to the window, where there was another car that drove off as I pull up to the window I see the screen is down so we can’t see in. I drove around to the front of the store and the employees are just standing at the counter. There was another person that walked up to the door and it was locked and the employees are just inside looking at people. This is terrible customer service. Hours are posted for a reason, if there is a reason to I close early I understand but it seems like these people just didn’t...
