Hardee’s — Restaurant in Oliver Springs

If I could give this place 0 stars I would... Absolutely worst service I've ever had. The people were extremely rude from the get go. Immediately the first words out of their mouths were "what do you want". Then my order was completely wrong and when I called to ask them to replace it I spoke to a girl named TI? She told me she was the manager and I could come back and get my food replaced. I come to the store and go inside... I stood at the counter for 15 mins... I timed it... There was another customer standing there waiting for her food. She leans over and says to me "They are apparently not having a good day because everyone here has been extremely snippy and rude to me and have very bad attitudes" Absolutely nobody spoke to me other than her during that 15 mins. 2 employees walked right past me and refused to make eye contact, so I walked back to my car and called corporate to make a complaint. I get told that nothing can be done and that I have to wait for a call back. All I ordered was 2 burgers and drinks.... WHY can nobody help me??? I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This isn't the first time I've had bad service here. And by the look of their reviews... I'm not the only one.... Things obviously need to change here and apparently management needs to as well. Hopefully someone will see everyone's pleas and actually fix...

No, you can't make it right with a coupon for a free cheeseburger. Been there, done that. You can make it right by training these kids to do their jobs. They literally always screw something up. This morning my boyfriend ordered a regular chicken biscuit and they put cheese on it, he isn't supposed to eat dairy nor does he like cheese. It takes more effort to put extra things that don't belong on it. I get tired of having to drive back to Hardee's damn near every time to get my food corrected. If they can't step it up(I've not seen much improvement) then get someone besides just teens to work the store. It's not worth the money to deal with the hassle. Especially when I only eat there by default because there's nothing else but, a Subway and gas station food to eat.

I was driving through Oliver springs Tn going to Sunbright TN. I was coming from Elizabethton TN. My Husband and I stopped at the Hardee’s drive thru in Oliver springs. After my husband ordered and as we pulled up the window I decided to go on in to the bathroom. As I was walking in and passing the counter on my way to the bathroom I heard a girl from behind the counter scream out the GD word and I about died. I went on to the bathroom and went on back out to our truck. My order was not right and the hamburger did not taste good. We threw the food out and didn’t eat it. This happened Nov 27 th 2020 between 3-4 O’clock in the afternoon. Needless to say I will never stop there again.
