Just went through the drive thru and waited 25 minutes. When I approached the window their was a young lady FaceTime someone in her phones. later she told me she was the âmanagerâ when I asked the young man working the window to get the manager. There was another young man standing behind the window counter texting in his phone
The âmanagerâ began to tell me that she wasnât on her phone even though I saw her! I ask her if she in fact was the manager and she smirked and said yes âWhateverâ.
Realizing she was most likely a teenager, I stopped speaking with her and told her I would call the corporate office and ask for her name. She saidâI donât know itâ. I said you donât know your name and she again said âno, I canât believe your talking to me like this when I was going to apologizeâ

It was very busy and you could tell the staff were just trying to keep their heads above water, but you would never know it looking at the staff. They had smiles on their faces and were very friendly. As busy as they were, they were very efficient and our food didn't take that long. I ordered a salad with chicken but I am lactose intolerant so asked for no cheese. The girl taking my order made a mistake and forgot to omit the cheese. No problem though as she apologized and made up for it by upgrading my salad to a larger one and made a new one quickly.    Read moreRan through the drive thru for two sandwichâs. Got home and one was incorrect. Drove back to get it corrected. Manager threw in a cookie. Got home and the sandwich was wrong again. Called manager who deducted the sandwich and offered to have the correct one delivered. Sandwich was delivered and was wrong again! ( they threw in two cookies). Called the manager back again and was extremely frustrated. Didnât want anything to do with them again tonight. Just wanted her to know that we figured if a customer received the wrong order through the drive thru and then received the wrong order AGAIN, she would have gotten personally involved to prevent it from happening a third time....
