The bartender was very friendly when we arrived. They were pa ked because Ollie was there with a group and they were done within 10 minutes of us getting there. Most of the food items on the Bloody Mary were not the best, with the exception of the wings and slider. We moved to a table after it was cleaned off, and the rest of the service was hit or missed. We ordered a chicken fried steak and biscuits and gray, and a friend ordered the burrito and other a second chicken fried steak. The second server that brought us food that came to find out was not ours. So, two of us at my table touched the plate and then she found out it belonged to the table behind us... and she promptly told us to hand her the plate, and she gave it to that table instead of taking it back since we touched the plate and I was eating the wings from the Bloody Mary. I was outside when our food was delivered, so there were no photos of the less than stellar food. The burrito was so bad that not one of us five people would finish it. My eggs were supposed to be over medium, and I am 100% sure they were not even cooked all the way. Over half our food was left on the table, and the server seemed to think nothing of it. If we went back, it would only be for the wings.
Side note, the bathroom was an afterthought and something you better plan on twisting and turning to be able to get into one of the two stalls. You open the door and have to HUG the sink to shut the door and get into the stall right behind the door... then HUG the sink again to get out. It's...
Read moreI visited Report In this morning for brunch with my friendâs familyâit was our first time there, and it seemed like a great spot. Since there were no available tables, we sat at the bar. Everything started off well, but shortly after we ordered, two older men approached us. One of them began making inappropriate comments toward the 19-year-old in our group.
We politely let them know she was under 21 and asked them to stop, explaining we were just there to enjoy a peaceful brunch. Despite this, the man continued making comments, and his wife even got involved. We repeatedly asked them to walk away, but the man persisted and even mentioned that he worked at Report In, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
When we tried to move on and place the rest of our order, one of the bartenders said, âJust let it go.â We werenât trying to escalate thingsâjust wanted to continue our brunch. Thankfully, the other bartender apologized multiple times and said, âThey wonât remember this in a few hours,â which was upsetting to hear.
If the man truly works at Report In, I hope the situation is addressed. Unfortunately, it did not feel like a safe or welcoming environment, which is disappointing because it started off as a...
Read morePicked up an order here a couple weekends ago and the guy at the bar and the guy in the kitchen were super nice but man the waitress was so rude! The bar tender told me to wait by the kitchen window, so I went over there and stood and waited. Shortly after I got over there the guy in the kitchen peeked his head through the window and asked me what I needed so I told him I had an order to pick up and mid sentence as he was talking to me the waitress comes up behind me and yells at me "excuse me.. EXCUSE ME" proceeds to put the order in the bag that the cook and I were just talking about, says nothing to me knowing I'm there to pick up an order (obviously), then puts the order about 5 feet from me and walks away. SO RUDE. I looked at the cook and he gave me eyes like "woah" just ridiculous, no one needs to treat customers like that. If you're having a bad day, put your big girl pants on and deal with it until you get off work like the rest of us! Funny thing is, I've told several friends about this and THEY ALL came back with a comment agreeing how horrible the service is here. Pretty sad because when I walked in I was excited about the atmosphere and considered coming back for a drink some...
