Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

I have been buying Scooter's coffee for years. My wife and I went through the drive through and ordered a large black coffee. We order this same order at other locations all the time. The coffee was so hot that I burned myself when I picked it up causing me to drop it and spill scalding hot coffee all over my hand and car. When we went back to simply get a replacement the batista did replace the drink but insisted they weren't at fault because their coffee is always the same temperature. Not true as it hasn't burned me once in the last 12 years I have lived in Omaha. Never going to this...

Not sure if this is a daily thing or just today. Litterly sat for 10 mins in drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. Im pretty patient until there a line of cars starting behind me and no one in front of me. Then I finally said something and someone took my order told me to pull to second window. I waited another 5-10mins and not even 1 person came to greet me at the window take payment or give me my drink.I ended up driving off as well as the other people behind me. I only had 1 drink I ordered. This has to be the worst location and experience Ive had...

I would like to Give a shout out to Kiersten for the awesome service I received on Friday June 21, 2019. After I ordered my drink and I paid for it, I asked her how long she had been working there. She said for a long time and so I asked her some questions about this drink that I used to get. So I explained it to her and she knew exactly what it was. I asked if it was too late to change my order and she said absolutely not.
