Zesto Shoppe — Restaurant in Omaha

Very disappointed with this location. We are frequent customers. We went to get ice cream cones. We asked to put them in cups because I was drvand wanted it for later. Later I go to eat my ice cream and there is hair on spoon and coming out ice cream. I message them via Facebook. Thinking they won't care just a customer complaint. Well they responded back and told me they would like to refund my money my name would be added to board. Well I go today to get refund and was told I needed to bring product back 🤔🤔🤔 no one mentioned bringing anything back.i showed the lady that said she was manager the messages but she said its their policy they need product back.

I threw it in trash same day if I'd known they wanted it back i might have pulled it out the trash and brought back to them. I'm very sad and disappointed in way I was treated I will be looking to frequent another ice cream place and move on from zestos sadly

Follow up - spoke with one of the owners about this issue. Lomg story short, He apologized and stated they would like to make thing right. I told him no never mind but I appreciate it.

Although I was sad we loved Zestos and if I do go back it will be a different location regardless...

My very first review of this place was five stars. I don't know if there has been management change or what but if tonight's service is any indication of what the summer is going to provide I recommend going to the other location!!

Ordered online through toast with curbside. I was on time based on my email 15 minutes later I called inside to let them know I was there they said they bring the food out shortly. 13 minutes later the food is still not delivered.

Shift manager number one that was working on her car when I pulled in came back from a test drive where I was able to ask her to check on my order.

Young man who brought my food to the car had the audacity to chew me out telling me that they don't do curbside and he's been there 3 years.

What he brought to the car was in complete which upset him more.

I was on time for my curbside in still waited 30 minutes...

A young man and probably a high school aged girl were the employees when we were there about 3:45 p.m.(Wednesday, August 10, but they were not anywhere to be seen. We waited at the walk up window several minutes. There was a car at the drive up window and that woman driver couldn't get an employee to acknowledge her presence either. She got out of her car and knocked on the large front store window. Still, it took an unusual amount of time for anyone to come to take our order, which they didn't get correct. Afterwards, we wondered what might have kept them from providing traditional Zesto-type service. Just what were they "doing" in the back? Before we left, another walk up customer was there experiencing...
