Arby's — Restaurant in Oneida

I waited & watched as others that ordered behind me getting their food & already at table eating. I walked back up to the counter & cashier sees me & then starts getting my order. She fixes it for dine in which I'd told her to go. I notice as she is bagging the items that the sandwiches look small. Anyways I'd already started backing up & thought I better check. I had 2 slingers, so I'm already running late at this point but gotta go back in. Told her I didn't order sliders & receipt states 2 regulars. She goes & puts one in the bag, walks to the back & starts having a conversation with another employee. I could hear her saying it's the woman's order that her prepaid debit card was declined so I paid with cash. The point is there was no reason to be saying that, just get my order correct. When I heard her say that, I laid my keys rather loudly on the counter & told them to just give me my money back. At that point another emply comes out & puts in another sandwich. I never have trouble with Arby's & food is usually good. This time the roast beef wasn't very warm or the curly fries. They left one slider in the bag & I opened it to feed to my furbaby, and the meat was cold. Don't know what happened here...

I was traveling for new years Eve and decided to stop at an Arbys. I pull up at around 7 pm. No body there. The last was very abrupt. "What can I get for you?" And "will that be all" and said things very fast like I couldn't even finish saying "yes" before she have me the total. I said thank you and no reply. I ordered a #1 extra red ranch, large side, Dr. Pepper to drink. I pulled up to the window. 2 workers were on their cell phones. I usually don't care ascot employeres using the phone but I sat their for 2 minutes before anyone came to the window. Overall that was fine because I was waiting on fries. Which mage me happy to get fresh fries. I wait another 3 minutes or so not bad. My top fries are super hot. However when I got the middle they were old and cold. Hey bad play. Also my beef n cheddar was not extra red ranch it was extra cheddar and it was all over the place. The wrapper and outside of the bun had cheddar all...

Im really like super happy 2 let ya'll knw whts up ovr at the food court where Arbys resides. 1st the window folks r so very nice & really do fo out of there way 2 b as polite as possible. It doesnt matr if they arent at their best tht day or any othr day. Arbys people wrkn the window r friendly, no super friendly & it might tk an xtra min 2 gt ur food but it is always always always hot & fresh & ur order is nvr evr wrong or missing somethn. As a matter of fact my son & I go there often bc the service is awesum, food is awesum-sauce & its convenient 4 alot of folks being tht its connected to the gas station so if u need gas or whtevr u can stop by the drive thru or go nside 2 ordr thn gt wht nd at tje gas station while u wait 4 ur food. They'll b leavn u feeling good bout ur choosing Arbys 4 the rest of the day & feeling like u can't wait 2 come...
