It was a Cumberland Plateau local who told us about this place, otherwise we would never have tried it. (Thanks Adam!) We had been kayaking on the Big South Fork that day. There is so much dismal fatty sugary bland food for sale in the region that some fresh and spicy Asian dishes were very well received. I mixed ethnicities ordering Tom Ka Gai soup and an Unagi and avo roll. Delish! I tasted the mango chicken, it was really good too. The Pad Thai was fine, it's just not my thing. I was met with her saying “ I have sold plenty today and no one has complained “ she proceeded to ask me what tasted bad and from what I could tell it was the hibachi sause or mushrooms. The owner was very rude and snapped at me saying she guarantees fresh mushrooms. At this point I hung up but if you want quality service I’d recommend McDonald’s over her. And when I say that it tasted bad, my German shepherd wouldn’t even touch it and he...
