Worst service I ever had. Tried to walk to pick up my mobile order I had online the lady locked the front door and said I had to go through drive thru. I went through drive thru and was on hold for a few minutes. When she finally came on she informed me that she was the only one there and asked for my order and i informed that I had a mobile order and she said she didn’t see it on her screen. She asked was I at the right location and I said yes. She than said she doesn’t see it in her screen and I told her I can show her my receipt and she said there nothing she can do. I understand she was alone but she didn’t even try to take a look at the receipt to show her that I placed an order at this location. I work a 12 hour shift so I try to get something in the morning to sit in my stomach so I can get through the day and I have to go through this when I was very patient with her when she already sent me through the drive through and still waited in the drive thru for nothing and not even try to see or show concern about my order. Now I gotta wait 5-7 days for a refund for something that wasn’t my fault due to lack of employees and for the system not to have my mobile order. I would NEVER go to this burger EVER again...
Read moreOrders are hardly accurate! If I say no onions, or hold the onions they give you extra onions. You specify no cheese please, they smother your food with cheese. The list goes on of errors on your food... there is a major disconnect from ordering at this location. It happens both at breakfast and dinner visits.
As if the wrong order wasn't bad enough to do you in, after placing our order, we were asked to stop and wait a good while prior to approaching the window due to those horrible timers.... Only to get our order and the items were still made incorrectly. We were asked to pull around and someone would bring out our items .....10 minutes, nothing, 20 minutes nothing, we saw an emplyee bringing out food so we said to please tell the Drive-thru that we are still waiting. At 35 minutes, my sister goes inside and The Drive Thru lady with the link hair looked at my sister then said she forgot.😳🤦🏽♀️ So 47 minutes.....and $42 later. I am expecting to speak with...
Read moreThe associates at this location need to be supervised. I was the first person in line before a rush came and I ordered a Burger that’s it. I sat at the window for 15 minutes while the associates inside laughed and giggled with each other , played on their phones and sitting around doing nothing looking like they didn’t want to be there while the line slowly started to wrap around the parking lot ;which I saw once I finally got my food. I don’t know if the drive through time rankings matter at this location but the employees inside don’t act like it as they aren’t in the slightest hurry to get anyone their food. This has been going on for about the last two months with the morning shift since these new employees have been hired at this location they just don’t care.
