Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Opelousas

My name is Hope and I’m from Opelousas LA. The.Church’s Chicken down here they take way to long. I went in there at 7:20pm and didn’t get out until 8 pm. The workers gossip and don’t take their work seriously. They had two workers one whom took my order and a boy in the back with his pants all the way down was in there suppose to be working but instead they was laughing and talking about their customers. The one who took my order caught and attitude with me when she was the one who didn’t get my order right. She’s very impatient and didn’t satisfy me at all with her rude attitude towards me. What ever happen to support your customers. I’m not going to be going there again if this is the way I’m going to get treated after waiting 40 minutes. The service is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that want something on the go to eat it best to go somewhere else. P.S I found a piece of hair in my food. I have been to this location a couple of times but they are doing something strange against the recommended CDC guidelines on mask wearing. They have turned out 2x for not wearing a mask and I am fully vaccinated since January of 2021. Even though I saw 2 employees with their masks on their chins, these people have the audacity to tell me they can't allow anyone inside without a mask and to make it worse, they declined selling me food. This is not the same in other places that I have been to like raising Canes which is more superior and has better dining services plus they even give masks to people if you walk in and don't have a mask but need one. This place where you can see flies swimming through the kitchen and they should be more concern about that but instead is here discriminating against me for mask wearing. Churches to me and my family once had to best fried chicken, but recently Churches chicken has made a big turn for the worse not sure who are what to blame but it has been gradually going down hill this past year. I visit there every once in awhile now to see if it has gotten back to it's origin, but to my despair it keeps getting worse today I tried again after a couple week , I always order mixed, well this time the chicken wasn't tough as it be once it start to cool off, I bit into a big glob of raw dough, , to make it worse the dough nor the chicken was seasoned, or fully cooked, it was awful, ??? is who's writing the recipe, and do these chickens know what your doing to them.
