Stavros Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in Orange City

08-22-25 Its getting difficult to justify the prices here. $23 for a medium pepperoni, in which the last 3 have been very below average. They 100% definitely cut down on the amount of cheese on the pizzas. Quality I used to expect is long gone.

03-22-24 Told me an hour and fifteen minutes for pickup. Showed up in an hour and was handed a cold pizza. Bro.... pizza is still the best so I put up with this from time to time.

09-09-20 Update: Came back cause I missed yall and maybe overreacted. Large pepperoni was absolutely amazing. I'll order again this week.

12-15-20: No garlic on the white pizza.

04-07-20 I cannot believe I am writing this edit... but here goes. The inconsistency in the last 3 months has become itself consistent. Everything from forgetting toppings, to making a pizza incorrect, to getting pizza with barely any cheese to having my pizza sit on the oven for 10 minutes after I paid because the cashier didn't even look for it after cashing me out. And when a customer calls and states their pizza was made incorrectly, the appropriate response is not, "sorry." Sorry? How about, "let us fix that for you!" GDI, now I'm ordering chain pizza again. Hope to hear from someone on this.

11-13-20 just wanted to remind everyone how lucky we are to have this pizza place in our neighborhood. I had to eat pizza from Anthony's in Altamonte last night and it was trash. Hate to lift up by putting others down, but Anthony's is all over radio claiming superiority.

09-12-20 The White Pizza is amazing! On par with 2 of my favorite pizza shops in Orlando.

Update 03-17-20 Just got a medium peperoni and it was amazing!

Update 12-23-19 new pic half cheese half chicken and banana pepper which is my new favorite combo...Absolute fire! Put a little crust on the cheese side and it was amazing. Eating leftovers now.

05-14-19 So here's the deal. This is the best pizza in all of Deltona and Orange City. I won't name the others but they are absolute dog food. One of them...Bearnos in OC closed down....no surprise. The others in Deltona are disgusting because they have little competition. Shown is a medium peperoni. They are not thin and crispy pizzas. They are loaded with cheese and because so, they actually reheat great the next day in a toaster oven! Sauce is good, veggie toppings are fresh and high quality meats are used. Take my advice or find out for yourself how bad the others are. I know this post seems like more hate towards their competition but I have to let it be known I tried all the other places and they were...

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love pizza.. moving to this town I tried pizza shops sometimes two or even three times to give them the benefit of the doubt..so I travel 3 or 4 counties away for pizza when I want to be satisfied because I haven't found the right spot. Last night I thought to myself "self, how about looking again for a place I may have missed because it's Saturday night and I don't want to drive" lol. And so I did..I wasn't sure what to expect..but reading the reviews I was intrigued on how the owner has such pride in his food, quality, taste, preparation and presentation. I was impressed in how his loyal customers continuously return. I was highly impressed that he defended the few negative reviews with come backs that I can sense was not ego but a strong confidence in his craft and service. So I gave it a try. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Not only was the young lady who took my order polite, patient and very kind but the delivery came sooner than estimated and by the owner himself with a tremendous energy to him. While I was telling him i looked forward to trying it for the first time..he was confident I would. He opened up my pizza box for me to look at it along with my wings as a short inspection and approval of my order details..with a true faith that I would indeed enjoy..and he was absolutely 💯 right! The food was absolutely delicious!!! The food was fresh, veryyyyy tasty, the price was great!! and I will without a doubt be ordering again and again! Thank you for the wondeful food you serve, the wonderful service you provide and thank you for preventing me from driving counties away for some great food! #Stavros is a game...

Im not one to leave bad reviews but absolutely terrible service. Went on a whim by receiving a Groupon. Going into it I knew not to expect gourmet food, food was acceptable, but service was the worst. The waitress forgot 2 out of 4 things we ordered. We overheard the cook say we're out of soup, she never came to notify us. When asking if the soup was coming 10 mins later when giving my girlfriend her pizza, she said there's no soup today sorry and walked off as if my appetite was now out as well. When asked about the garlic knots she said they ran out, when a table that came in 10 mins after us got their knots quickly. She lied because she forgot to put the order in (kitchen is 10 feet from the table so you can easily hear their conversation) in same way as she didn't notify us there was no soup. I'll admit she was overworked being the only waitress but playing dumb wasn't get me fed, if at all. Asked for a box and she had disappeared on a smoke break for 15 mins and had to go ask the cook for a box and the check. Overall food was good but if you want to babysit the waitress and spend a long time there, by all means. Could also blame management for understaffing, IF the waitress was new, hard to say.

Tip: If you forget orders easily you might want to keep a pad on you to write things down. We weren't the only unsatisfied/neglected table there, but i won't speak for them.

Edit: In response to the owners comment: You can take it up with Groupon if you think I'm "lying". Thats completely untrue. Bad business arguing with every bad review you get. You stopped commenting on fb as soon as multiple people chimed in on how you treat customers was...
