Taqueria Vallarta — Restaurant in Orange Grove

Very disappointed in my chicken fajita salad. It was grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and avocado slices. I had to get up and ask for the sour cream that was supposed to come with meal. I was just surprised that my spouse got a fajita dish and it came with lots of pepers, etc. and mine was just a grilled chicken salad With tortillas. On my son's enchiladas the cheese was not melted at all. When I asked the waitress about my food not having onions, peppers, ect. She did not understand me and said we have ranch and a thousand island dressing, she absolutely avoided answering my questions. My daughter said she also rolled her eye's while leaving our table. Just a little rude! We will not be back to this restaurant and for being in a small town kindness goes...

This place used to be one of the best places to eat within about 45miles of orange grove. Not sure what happened. We used to go here 3 to 5 times a week and then all of a sudden our normal waitresses weren't there anymore and the guys that replaced them take FOREVER to even come get your drink order. Shortly after that, the prices went up $1 to $2 per plate and the quantity decreased (example being the #4 plate used to be 2 enchiladas with 2 crispy tacos, beans and rice and now it is $1 more but you get only one taco and the ground beef is FULL of fat).

It is such a shame. I LOVED this place. I have given it 2 to 3 stops in every week for the last several months and watched it completely change. If they get back to their roots, I'll...

It was the nastiest food I've eaten,,the waitress hardly.attended to us constantly reminding her for one thing or another she would always forget, the nachos were horrible,, the corn tortillas cut in half, meat was cold and clumpy looks like they just scooped it from pot and put on the plate along with everything else mixed together with a big blub of sour cream no flavor at all..How I wish I'd taken a pic of it,looked absolutely NOTHING like on the menu..Need to be very careful when parking there's hole everywhere..I marked this place of my list never to go back again,,WOULDN'T recommend...
