I usually order through slice to get my orders and the service had been good.I have went in two times to do an order pick up and the atmosphere was not the most welcoming. But this second time really upset me. I walk into the restaurant, there was a lady standing behind the counter looked right at me and went into the kitchen. I waited at the counter for her to return. She stood right in front of me and went on the register.Another customer’s order was up and the lady attended to the customer that was waiting for their food.Still without saying a word to me.I had to say something to this lady for her to even acknowledge I was there. While their is good, having customer service skills is always more important to me.I will not be eating from this...

What a great place. My friends and I were looking for a place to eat coming back from a Spartan race. One guy had eaten here and suggest it, as it was on the way back to the interstate. We were blown away. Great staff, the owner was extremely helpful, and the customers were all friendly, interactive, and cordial. I know you can't choose your customers, but everyone who came in was polite and nice. Not something you need but boy did it make it a better meal. Speaking of which, the Pizza was incredible. We all ordered different types and tried each one, all were delicious.
