Stix — Restaurant in Orange

Played on Monday July 8th at Stix. People and staff was really friendly. They have 8 pool tables. Coin operated $1.00 per game. Spent $30.00 in quarters to play. Drinks were $2.00 wells. Bourbon and Coke and Tequila Sunrises were $4 for both. Gave my tip every time I went to the bar. Pet friendly, old school vibes, and they leave chalk out for you to put your name on the wall. I'll go back and play there. They have a room dedicated to karaoke and darts. The other side for pool. The tables weren't cleaned. There are brushes out for players to brush the felt. I believe that's a responsibility of the player to brush the table if you want a consistent shot and not the bar tenders job. I cleaned 4 tables and left the 2 APA tables dirty for them to clean. That place is worst , the owner kicked some of my friends out for no reason . The guy was a preacher for sometime and had gone through a couple events but he wasn't causing trouble or making a seen he put his money in machine to play an illegal game they have inside there . She said he looked like a drug head , not to mention she was really drunk while she was judging everybody that's really Christian of her . Just went out for the first time in a long time to play a few rounds of pool. Loren the bartender tonight was professional, courteous, and attentive. She made my first time walking through the door welcoming and positive as she greeted myself and my party warmly with a smile and fast service.
