Do not give them your business. They charge $.35 just for the privilege of using your credit card for purchases under $5.00 which charging a fee just to use your credit card is illegal in Texas. This should never be tolerated. I even tried showing them the law and even reading it to them of what it says on the Attorney General's website but they didn't even care. How dare they try to rip off their customers by tacking on an illegal surcharge for credit card use just so they can make their wallets as fat as Santa Clause. I believe they do that because they are so greedy and selfish and think they are above the law. They are in violation of

(b) This section does not apply to a state agency, county, local governmental entity, or other governmental entity that accepts a credit card for the payment of fees, taxes, or other charges.
(c) The consumer credit commissioner has exclusive jurisdiction to enforce this section.
(d) The Finance Commission of Texas may adopt rules relating to this section. Rules adopted pursuant to this section shall be consistent with federal laws and regulations governing credit card transactions described by this section.
