Topsy's — Restaurant in Orange

Let me start by saying our food was phenomenal and worth the wait. I called ahead the Wednesday before the super bowl. They posted on their Facebook they would be taking pre-orders. Figured I would take advantage of that. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone didn't sound so sure on how to go about taking the pre-order. He kept speaking to another person in the background about it. In the end he assured me I would be all set for Sunday. I showed up Sunday at the agreed upon time, and they couldn't find my order. The woman at the counter was nothing but nice and understanding. She stated that the preferred method of pre-order was through Facebook messaging. I was not aware of that because on the super bowl pre-order flyer it stated all the ways you could pre-order (phone, email, Facebook). She stated they would expedite the order and it would take 15 minutes. It did indeed take 15 minutes and we were on our way. Everything was fantastic, will be going there again. Maybe next time I'll try the Facebook messaging pre-order and see...

Placed order at window. VERY simple order......1/2 pound boneless wings.....shouldn't be that difficult.....WRONG. Was told they would call my name over intercom when ready. Never did. so after waiting in the freezing cold (literally standing outside next to the pickup window or on the red bench watching them give everyone else their food) for almost an hour i asked if mine happened to be ready because i've been waiting a LONG time..dude picks up box sitting right on the counter here ya go no big deal......they had already been done and sitting there for 40+ minutes......so my daughter got nasty barely warm chicken. One of the worst i've been treated. will never ever go back. I guess teenie boppers and their gossip takes precedent over actually running a functional restaurant. I could of just went and sat next door at the old red rooster building and got the same service. And i would have...

I haven't gone there for any food except for their ice cream.They do not have an option for a diabetic for sugar -free ice cream or any sugar-free products. They Do have a lot of options to pick for toppings and for ice cream flavors.They do offer different sizes in a bowl.And they also offer in a cone. I don't feel that they are too expensive for what they sell.They are a small business I would expect prices to be a little high. They do not have a lot of seating to sit if you wanna sit On sight , but they do have some picnic tables, And a few chairs available. The parking is horrible to get in and get out.It is very small but given the venue of a small space it's What they can work with. The staff are very friendly. And I will continue to go,seeing their is no other place closer. But I do enjoy...
