Arby's — Restaurant in Ord

I came thru this drive thru on Sept 4th, 2023, the lady in the drive thru is the same one today, 10/7/23. Whe I ordered both times, I felt as though I was bothering her. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt yet, she must hate her job. She forgot what I asked for on my order. No horsey sauce on the 4th, & today I had to ask twice for the rest of my order. Including the sauce & napkins. I am a traveler that came to Ord for work. Everyone I talked to in Omaha, said Ord is nice & the people are too. Dissapointed!! Worst experience I have ever had, food was cold and nasty. There was hair on my fires, I did not get Aju with my French dip. The scum at the cash register was rude, stood there on his phone. Our food was done and instead of bringing it to us, he walked over and said your foods on the counter, who knows how long it had sat there. As we were eating he was spraying the trays and slamming them down on the counter. It’s 7:30 and all the chairs are on the tables also and not a single person eating inside besides my family and no one in the drive thru the entire time we were there. We will never return!...

I am very disappointed in this Arby’s location. I walked into order two number fives at 10 o’clock in the morning on March 17 of 2024. A gentleman had just ordered ahead of me and there were two cars in the drive-through. It took them over 20 minutes and still did not have my order ready. Two people that had ordered after I had received their food before I did, and everyone had cleared out of the drive-through. Four people working one lady cooking and three on their phones. I won’t...
