We went when the soccer tournament was in town, so we understand it was busy. However, the wait was only 10 minutes for a table. The entire time, we continually heard the staff complaining over and over and over about how busy they were and didn't want to be there. They were promoting a " fast n fresh" menu that was a subset of the actual menu and supposed to be quicker service, but you're not allowed to make any modifications to the menu items. There were a good number of items on that menu, but these days, you'll almost always have someone that wants "no onion" or "no tomato", so it's not too reasonable to say this was a great option. We had extra time and ordered off the "regular menu" as my wife wanted something not on the limited menu and I wanted the burger medium (fast menu had to order medium-well) and waffle fries (which were same price, but not fast menu approved). We also ordered cheese curds for an appetizer and 2 kids meals for the kids. The waitress told us the kids meals would come out first because we ordered off the regular menu; I'm not sure why they can't wait to drop the chicken fingers until ours are almost done... The kids meals came before our cheese curds; waitress checked and "kitchen forgot". They ended up coming 1 minute after we got our entrees. Got an apology but no effort to comp the item, despite arriving after we had already started eating our other food. The burger was at least medium-well, anyway. It was a thick burger, but not very wide; the bun was twice the diameter of the burger. The waffle fries was extremely over cooked. Server forgot sides of ranch when bringing the food. I rarely leave food on my plate any where I go, but I only ate 50% of this meal. This was one of the least enjoyable experiences at a restaurant in quite a while. I can understand a few things when it's really busy, but it's probably no worse than during a Packers game on Sunday. They are a bar with TVs in the dining area; there's going to be crowds. Additionally, it's not like a tour bus of 200 people showed up unannounced; they knew the soccer tournament was in town. Their job is to take orders and serve food, and don't need to complain about having to do that all day in the front...

Read moreIt used to be the place to go, then it was the place we went because there wasn't anything better. Now we don't go anymore. Our waitress was incredibly rude on the last visit. My step mother didn't know sides were listed in the menu so when she asked the waitress what they were she rattled off a dozen sides in about 2 seconds, then said, "I get so sick of saying that." I said, "I can tell."
We ordered two appetizers and 3 dishes. When I mentioned a burger the waitress said, "Burger, grilled chicken or crispy chicken." I said, "I didn't know there were options." She didn't say anything again except "burger, chicken or crispy chicken."
Our food came and the waitress forgot our appetizers. The meal was cold and my wife's ciabatta roll was hard as a rock. The waitress apologized and offered to buy a beer. I said how about a round? Not a huge deal, but considering how rude she was from the start it didn't make much of a difference.
It was a Sunday afternoon and very slow. I thought about speaking with the manager, but he was hanging out at the end of the bar with a customer and occasionally coming from behind the bar to play pool with a guy. I'm sure he wouldn't care about our experience. It just kind of sucks. You want to go out, have a good time, decent service and good food. We work hard for our money and to get this crappy experience on a day when it wasn't even busy was totally disappointing....
