Mocha Express — Restaurant in Oregon

This is the most homely coffee shop I have ever gone to. I am not the biggest fan of coffee, but even I can admit that their brew is smooth and satisfying as it goes down. Their food is incredibly delicious as well! I had the gyro, and it’s pricing was amazing for how much meat was given and just how good it was. I have been to 2 of 3 locations, and each of the owners is incredibly kind and soft spoken. I appreciate a family owned business more than anything, and I believe I will be going here instead of Dutch Bros whenever I want a drink. How in the world does this place have 5 star reviews? People are lying. Took my 3 year old there and the toddler area was filthy. Had not been vacuumed in months and had crumbs all over. The toys were literally crusted in dirt and never been washed. A striped house centipede (look up a photo) crawled out of the doll house and we proceeded to catch it and let it out so it wouldn’t bite a kid later. Does not allow dogs to come in for even purchasing a coffee and leaving. Been going there for four years and they claim they got in trouble for having a dog inside the coffee shop. I’m gonna call bullshit on that. weird part is I can go to Safeway across the street and get a coffee from the Starbucks inside and every employee Safeway and Starbucks love to see my dog and never say a word about me getting a coffee and leaving it’s a grocery store and they don’t say shit.
