Starbucks — Restaurant in Oregon

I frequent several Starbucks throughout the week and this location, by far, has the rudest employees. They had one person with blue hair and they were really nice but I think they moved to a different part of the store. They continually hire the most negative employees. This is 2 blocks from my house so walking here is really convenient, but I don’t think I will go here anymore. They messed up my drink, that I get 5 times a week, and argued with me for 10 mins before finally offering to fix it. I was told by a corporate store that going to these in store locations is always a bad idea as they hardly get any...

Lacey and Katie were very unprofessional. They swore in front of me and my friend because they forgot our drinks and waited 20 minutes for them just to make one drink for me and forget my friends. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to wait a long time and have the girls make 3 people behind you a drink. I am very unsatisfied with this experience of mine. Their drinks were good though even after 20 minutes. Also, as soon as I had to say something to the lady at the front she made the drink...

So drinking my beverage at the Starbucks inside Safeway, apparently all the money Starbucks spent on racial diversity was wasted. Just heard two employees using stereotypically Asian voices as one left. Followed by chuckles.

And I said out loud that was racist. They chose to ignore me.
