If I could give this place negative stars, I would. It's 2024. I can't believe they didn't serve us. Racism at its finest. They didn't want to seat us, and then they just walked by us at least 6 times like we weren't even there. After about 15minutes we realized what was going on and left after waiting about 20 minutes. We ended up leaving and going to five guy. Thank you, five guys, for serving all humans. This is a pathetic establishment.
We walked into the building and spoke to the hostess, who was standing next to a waitress with blonde hair, there was another waitress there, with black hair. The hostess, a brunette, seated us. I apologize, but I do not know their names. We greeted all three of them as we made our way to our table. We then sat there for 20 minutes without any service.
I had been looking forward to trying your food for about three months, and we were excited to finally be there. However, it quickly became clear that we were not welcome. I believe we were ignored due to racism, as neither waitress approached us to ask about drinks, despite walking past us at least six times. It was as if we didn't exist. There were four different customers seated outside, and even the people sitting next to us were wondering what was going on.

Read moreI was in there today from 3:30pm to 7:15pm. The first server was great. I didn't get her name but she was attentive and nice. She was bartending and had dark hair. At about 5:30 a different server took over as the other lady was leaving. This particular server was blonde and pregnant i believe. Unfortunately I didn't get her name either. This is where my problem lies. She never even came to the table to take our order. I had to ask the hostess to please get the server. After that she still was not attending to us until I made eye contact then she would reluctant to come over. Our bill was around $30. My buddy wanted his beers transfered to another tab because he was leaving and she informed us "this tab is to little for me to try and split" and walked away. I'm sorry. I didn't know that bills being split had a minimum or is that just this associates particular rule. You're already charging a service fee so if she did two transactions you're making more money anyway. Needless to say the rest of us just cashed out and left because that's ridiculous. I'm not going to a place with bad customer service with so many other options available. Please train your staff better and get rid of the rude employees. This is a customer service job so supply good customer service or your business will not succeed. You lost multiple customers going forward because one...

The owners response below, just proves what type of restaurant this is. It is a he said she said thing here. But for a business to ever say “glad you won’t be back” on a public forum explains a lot about their business model. Also proving my point that you are belittling the error. Something regardless of the size of mistake you should own with highest apologies. That is what we got on the phone. An individual believing the inconvenience was hearing the situation rather than the inconvenience we didn’t get all the items. Also, your offer for a credit just for the dressing is ridiculous. When we spend $20 for a salad, we don’t want it plain without dressing.
