Last nigh me and my parental units shared a meal at Uncle Chongs restaurant and had a wonderfull experience. It was birthday celebration dinner and as he sometimes does, the owner came out from the kitchen to visit with us and make sure we were enjoying our food (which we were). I had the spicy boiled wontons ( highly recommend) which were "spicy", and I say that because when I ordered them the waitress asked of I wanted them extra spicy or just spicy, and if your a fire eater like me I recommend ordering them "spicy" not extra spicy. I arrived later than the rest of my party and my waitress was very friendly and helpful and not annoyed by my late arrival. We also had a kid with us and the waitress gave her a lollipop, overheard us talking about the brother and gave us a second one for her brother that couldn't come. The food was so good I completely forgot to take pictures. Everything tasted freshly made, flavorful, and comforting, just like home style cooking at its best.
