Extremely Disappointed with Poor Customer Service at Boston Lobster Feast
I recently celebrated my wife's birthday at Boston Lobster Feast in Celebration, Florida, and I am deeply disappointed with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, it became apparent that the restaurant fell short in various aspects, leaving us thoroughly unsatisfied.
First and foremost, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. The dishes we ordered were left under a heat lamp for an excessive amount of time, resulting in overcooked and unappetizing meals. To make matters worse, we even discovered flies on our food, which was both unhygienic and off-putting. It is disheartening to see such negligence when it comes to basic food preparation and maintaining cleanliness.
Moreover, my attempts to avail myself of the birthday discount over the past 10 years have been futile. Despite signing up multiple times, I have never received the promised discount. This lack of consistency and failure to honor their own promotions is unacceptable.
Following our disappointing dining experience, I decided to reach out to the manager the next day in the hopes of finding a resolution. The manager was initially apologetic and suggested I contact Donna from the corporate office, assuring me that she would be able to assist. However, my interaction with Donna proved to be highly unsatisfactory. She disregarded my concerns, stating that all sales were final and showed no willingness to rectify the situation. Instead, she insensitively suggested I upset my wife by involving management immediately. This dismissive attitude and lack of empathy clearly demonstrate a severe deficit in the customer service that they claim to provide. Moreover, Donna even went as far as accusing me of being disrespectful and raising my voice to the first manager, despite evidence to the contrary.
When I attempted to escalate the matter by requesting contact information for a higher authority, Donna rudely declared herself to be the highest authority, displaying an unprofessional and discourteous attitude. This encounter left both my wife and me feeling deeply unhappy and dissatisfied.
I must emphasize that the level of customer service we received from Donna was far from the excellence we anticipated. Her refusal to acknowledge the issues, unwillingness to find a resolution, and lack of basic professionalism further compounded our disappointment.
In conclusion, my experience at Boston Lobster Feast was marred by subpar food quality, unaddressed hygiene concerns, unfulfilled promises regarding discounts, and an abysmal display of customer service from Donna. It is disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer satisfaction and blatant unprofessionalism. I would caution others seeking a pleasant dining experience to reconsider choosing Boston Lobster Feast until they address these glaring issues and restore their commitment to providing quality food and exceptional...
