The service was very unprofessional three people on the floor only customers mean just to order a coffee with three creams and sugar and a croissant egg and cheese croissant and the problem is when you hire these young Generations they're too busy chit chatting and and not attending to the customers when the customers are there the fact they just took my order and standing there looking at them like okay where's my croissant where's my coffee my coffee is there okay thank you and my croissant oh can you make the gentleman of croissant please and with like an attitude like it was an issue for him to make a customers croissant you are wearing a logo Dunkin' Donuts behind the counter and standing there so I'm guessing that you're an employee and if a supervisor or other employee asked you to make a customer's croissant and having an attitude like it's a problem to you to make it and when you make it I tell you thank you and I go be about my way when I get into my car and I'm ready to eat it it's cold you didn't even toast the croissant it wasn't even 5 minutes it's probably about 2 minutes the fact is that I had to go back and put a complaint on it just to complete what happened to the service you have a business your customer is what provides you income it's your job if you don't like your job then find another job that you like to do some customers are not just going to be there to complain if it wasn't even 5 minutes of getting my croissant you know I'm not going there just to complain or whatever I'm not going to eat or cold sandwich that's the whole purpose of a hot croissant is it supposed to be served hot not cold wouldn't even offer me a free something or whatever for their mistakes or anything if there if there was a star that you could put minus zero Stars that's what I would give-0 Stars I will highly highly not to recommend this place only because it's the fact that it's close to the airport that's why not everybody's a bad customer ordering anything hot besides a coffee terrible terrible terrible terrible service terrible terrible I don't understand what this generation now did they the service they just did to pick up a paycheck nobody wants to...

On my way to catch a flight, I stopped at the closest Dunkin’ Doughnuts. Three employees were in attendance. The place was clean.

I ordered a bottle of water and a bagel breakfast sandwich (egg, bacon & cheese), and specified “no cheese.” The woman at the register repeated my order. I confirmed it. I stepped away and picked up my water from the adjacent fridge, then waited for my food.

The same woman who took my order (blonde with ponytail and Gucci belt) made a coffee drink, put it on the pick up shelf. When it was not picked up for a little bit, she came up to it, looked at me and told me my coffee was ready. I explained I had only ordered a water. She insisted it was my coffee. From the side, another woman claimed it. OK, no biggie.

A few minutes later, my breakfast sandwich was ready. The woman who made it (on the Baskin Robbins side) walked up to the pick up counter, we made eye contact, and she exclaimed that my sandwich “no cheese” was ready. And I went my way.

$4.78 total for a Medium Tropical Guava Lemonade Refresher are you kidding me!🤦‍♂️ it said it was $3 dollars, or at least that is how DD is advertising it, and It wasn’t even that great. Prices are too high. I saw the guy serving it from what it looked like a concentrated Guava carton container then he added water although I ask for lemonade. You could probably buy the whole concentrated gallon container at the supermarket and prepare it at your house for the same price I paid for a medium cup, and it probably would taste a lot better. What is wrong with Dunkin' Donuts Franchising LLC. By the way, staff at this place are not very friendly and sharp. 😞 DD just lost a customer forever! Will never go back to a Dunkin Donuts ever again in my life. Seriously DD should closed their businesses forever, this world deserves something better...
