Wow. Let me tell you something I fly twice a month out of Terminal C. I sat down at 4:45 and flight boarded at 7:20 after repeated delays

Kaitlyn is R-a-cist and it shows so bad. Her customer service is awful and the worst part of wasn’t busy I wish I recorded to post it here and show the proof more.

I sat down at a table grabbed the QR code off the front edge and was browsing the menu ok cool I know what I want. Now I wait and wait she looks and looks And looks and boom white guy with a laptop, she walks over and can I get you anything. This guy is sitting next to me and sat 25 mins after me. Wine and check. She keeps look at me and I’m waiting she even started to walk to see he wanted another drink. I’m still here.

Another white guy and woman sit in front of me! She greets them and serves them too!

Family for 4 colored sit at a table she looks and changes her face and never comes back to the tables at all.

I sat down 2.5 hours not a hello hi I’m Kaitlyn anything you wave me down questions of menu I’m here. Nothing at all.

ONLY STOP HERE IF you’re looking for good vibes and amazing hospitality in between your flight Gezze and Jo are AMAZING! Hands down the best bar service I’ve ever had at an airport! They were extremely warm and inviting even though I was in full panic mode about the inclement weather! They not only reassured me that I would make my connection flight, which I did, but served up an excellent suggestion of one of their soothing IPA’s! The conversation was flowing like I’ve known them for years! Good times! While I’m glad I made my flight, I look forward to my next stop...

The staff could care less about your schedule or the fact that you're even sitting there. They look right at you and then ignore you and play on their phones. Everyone around me including myself had to ask for our bill and had to ask to have them come and take the bill after. They're more interested in chit-chatting with each other and playing on their phones and they are actually providing service. There was three people working in the small space I've seen entire bars run by one person and be 10 times...
