Temptation roll: ⭐️ Sushi-Zu Balls: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tiger Roll: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food was was pricey but good. The wait was good. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of switching out gloves. I saw the cashier walk in and out of the kitchen multiple times and kept gloves on. When he brought my food to the car, he had gloves on. I did address this before ordering and he assured me that he isn’t handling food, but optics is JUST as important in food prep. Either way, if I can see the kitchen and food prep area, I pay attention to who’s handling food and who’s handling money and who’s touching what. There is something beautiful about eating sushi next to the BP gas station with the cars passing on the highway overhead. They have nice tables and great music. The service is fantastic. But, this is the farthest thing from authentic sushi I can imagine. The rice is not sushi rice. Everything has cream cheese, imitation crab, or is fried. If you’re the kind of person that likes fried sushi or a roll that is mostly cream cheese, it could be good. The presentation is nice, but you can tell it’s trying to make up for lack of ingredients. Not anything like the previous reviews stating how good this food truck is. Not very good food and WAY over priced. I think this place is a Hispanic twist on sushi. The California rolls had no cucumber and the rice was very firm. Cashier couldn’t understand me when I asked to add ingredients to the rolls I ordered. Even the payment screen was in Spanish.
