WingHouse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Orlando

First and foremost I can see why the health department closed this place down awhile back. The fact that the restrooms look and smell the way they do an the fact they allow dogs in here all of a sudden should be a huge red flag. Not service dogs btw, but just customer dogs. Disgusting!

Prices of drinks especially beer have shot up more than 2.00 a pitcher. It doesn't sound like a lot but when you like to frequent the establishment more than a few days a week and you see the prices elsewhere, this is a big NO.

The cleanliness is lacking. The tables outside are falling apart, it's not even safe, the chairs falling apart, the floor is inside and out looks like it's the original and is dangerous!

We tried to sit outside because of the dog they allowed inside and the service was horrendous. There was a drunk outside all the girls were around and they spent more time focued on him and leaving early than they did waiting on our table. We did tell them as well we would be outside and nothing. They seem understaffed and 2 girls that were there were umm less than standard. Jolie who was our waitress was rude and as stated less than thrilled to be working. Kept talking about leaving early and how much she hated the manager. Not something we wanted to listen to. Also misquoted the price on the beer telling us 11.00 and it was over 13 and they were out of 2 of the beers. How does a place thats been open this long not able to keep DOMESTIC BEER IN STOCK?

This place is a mess, poorly managed and the girls complain about how they make no money not realizing it's because they are bad at their job.

Adia the manager is the most unnamable poorly groomed unprofessional i have ever witnessed I wonder do winghouse know who is representing the face of their company “lil dizzy had to much on her plate and forgot to put my order in then acts so non chalant

Update i decided to give them a second chance I called and spoke to ADIA personally and let her know of the issue she say how far do you stay and how soon would you like your order ready I told her I live right around the corner less than 2 minutes she says ok I’ll have to cook make your order fresh it will be ready in 10/15 minutes I made the call at 10:35 I arrived at 11:15 when I arrived she stated my order went out with someone else and that they are making it for me now I said to her it always seem to be a problem she replied if it’s a problem why do you come back??? I asked her why do I come back did you really just ask me that I asked for a refund she then proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t see my receipt ended up printing me all my card transactions to that restaurant and let’s just say it’s a lil over $300 so I asked her how would she feel about losing my service since she is telling me if it’s always a problem why do I come back I asked her what do you think the general manager loyd will say she stated I will know before her since I’m coming to talk to him tomorrow I told her I didn’t like her attitude and I was going to come talk to the manager she stated it doesn’t matter I already texted him again

We just got here ten minutes ago and I can already tell it's going to be one of the best WingHouse dining experiences I've had since we were here last Friday. Even though our usual server is out of town doing who-knows-what (but I hope she's having a good time), the service we've gotten in her absence has been as top notch and bar none as it could possibly get without her. Even though I prefer Coor's Light on an afternoon such as this, the coworkers I'm joined by are excited about the full keg of Jai Alai they have on tap. Sometimes it's out, which is probably our only complaint, but we understand because it's so good and I guess other people like it too. Either way, I'm excited about the sandwich I ordered, hilariously called "The Hot Chick" 🤣😂🤣😂, and I'm certain it will be as delightful in real life as it is in my imagination. Thanks, Ker! 🔥🔥🔥

UPDATE: and WOW, I really need to work on my imagination because this sandwich could not have been better conceived! I officially have a new "the usual," which I will have to update our usual server on when she gets back because so as not to confuse her. Even I get confused at times, so I understand.
