Prior to meeting Cynthia, the owner, I had no idea that this place was here! You might never guess it if you see it from the street, but they have a truly beautiful location there, offering boat sales and rentals alike...as well as a tiki hut that you can rent for parties. I headed down there with some friends for one of their Open Sail Days and had a blast trying out the stand-up paddleboards and going for a ride in the sailboat. While planning our trip to the Orlando area for the typical amusement parks, we ran across Lake Fairview Marina. Having previously owned a 22-foot Catalina I wanted to introduce my 13-year-old grandson to sailing. We decided to give Lake Fairview a try. I was rusty with rigging, having not sailed in a long time, but everyone was extremely helpful. Once out on the lake my wife and I quickly retrieved some of our skills, and as we grew more confident we began teaching our grandson. He took to it right away and soon was at the tiller. I brought my 97 Sea Ray to Lake Fairview Marina for repair and I cannot be more satisfied. Lead Mechanic “Cooter” and the entire staff were accommodating, friendly and most importantly honest. Cooter kept in constant contact with me throughout the extensive process of working on my boat, and let me know everything he felt needed to be done and explained why.
