Subway — Restaurant in Orono

Didn't automatically put on the bogo. Had it mess up and sent order to the wrong place. Ended up losing 60.00, was told nothing anyone could do to fix it. The app messed up again on another visit. The app took the money out of my account, we were told our money was lost in the void. I wanted to speak to a manager. The girl behind the counter was incredibly rude. They would not let me talk to a manager, would not look that money was taken out of my account. They said I couldn't get my food unless i paid another $40.00. They then called the cops. Incredibly embarrassing to deal with, was unable to get our food because we were told subway had no control of the app. We have not been back in months. Worst experience ever..ordered 4 sandwiches. The roll on one side was hard as could be..could not eat it..the other sandwich looked as if a 3 year old made it..one slice of pepper 2 slices of onion..just a child hand side of meat...called back young girl on laughed and said I would have to call in the morning my adult children would not eat there food did not even open them..manager said she would refund it..as I was driving back up to show the sandwiches to the manager and to get refund. Manager called me and said the general manager would not refund me but give me two free sandwiches...this establishment is not about its customers..so go to old town or brewer subway...they are amazing avoid this shop all together...the workers after 4 are young and don't care about there work and are extremely rude!!! This is my go to sandwich shop on my way home after working a long hard day. One of my favorites, considering the staff are so kind and patient with their customers, but tonight was a little different, a kid by the name of Zack was a bit of a train wreck and the veggies looks soggy and sad.
