I NEVER write reviews...good or bad, usually just carry on. But, i have never felt more disrespected as a customer than when speaking to dottie today. I was first asked (with no eye contact or politeness) to speak up so she could hear me, mind you, she was chopping a salad at the same time. Maybe had she stopped making such a dramatic amount of noise for me to talk that wouldnt be an issue. Also, her coworker making my sandwich heard just fine! Thats right, old lady wasnt even making my sandwich and asked me to speak up. Then i went to pay for my sandwich and handed them a 50$ bill for my 16$ order....i was told they did not have enough change in their till because "we are right off the interstate and thats our rules".....you dont have 34$ in your till?! Or you forgot to get change this morning?! Which one is it really? As a fast food worker myself i am aware of the way things work. Have been going to this subway for 10 years and can 100% say if dottie is there when i walk in i will be walking out the door and across the street. Then to be told i cant speak to HR or the GM? Dottie stopped my complaint at her "manager" level and wont let it get...

Things started out poorly.: “Yes, we have WiFi, but we don’t know what the password is.” Great. Subway wanted me to download a new version of its app, so it took 6 minutes instead of 30 seconds. I tried to order an online special. The app rejected my newly entered CC, even after painstakingly entering its info twice. The 6” tuna sandwich that I ordered was the shortest six inches I’ve ever seen. When I pointed this out, the clerk said “We can try to do it over, yet the follow-up was at least as short! Someone appeared incapable of cutting the original footlong bread in half. They got the bread type right but failed to ask me questions about my preferences. I wanted the bread toasted. Instead, I got a cold, short, underwhelming 4 1/2 inch tuna sandwich. Welcome to...
Read moreWalked in and you could just tell the mood was off. Not a friendly environment. The first part picking out bread and meat was good. The smaller lady helped me out with the 2nd half and I asked to put just a tiny bit of lettuce on and she grabs a hand full. The lettuce was also brown and old. I asked for mayo and mustard and she legit did 4 lines each. WAY TOO MUCH. It was like they intentionally wanted to ruin my sandwich. The lady behind me said the same thing happened to her too. I get these kids are young but don’t work there if you aren’t going to be happy or friendly. Don’t ruin subway for others please. Totally...
