Indian Mound House of Pizza — Restaurant in Ossipee

We were hassled to leave by a lady with a heavy accent almost immediately after arriving. We took the only table left upon arrival and sat down and looked at the menu. One of the owners came to ask us to move after a large group arrived. We said we were all set where we were and didn’t want to sit under a newly opened table under a speaker. She gave us attitude and threw a hissy fit, rolling her eyes and saying things we didn’t understand. She made us feel very unwelcome even though we had arrived first and no tables were reserved. The bartenders apologized several times for her behavior and then the lady came back AGAIN to ask how much longer we would be. If they wanted to seat people, they should have had a “Wait to be seated” sign, not open seating. When i told her that we would not be returning and would take our money elsewhere, she shrugged and walked away. I bought pizza from them today . Their menu on their website has the large one topping pizza advertised for 13.25. I was charged 19.02. This is only the 2nd time we've ordered pizza from them. The first one had a large hole under the cheese where there was no dough. I have no idea how that even happens but what amazed me more was they knew it & let it go out the door like that anyway. Strike 2.. I don't think I'll go for 3.. And now the owner comes on & lies.. She never said they made a mistake & charged for 3 toppings. She demanded I tell her where I saw the prices & when I told her it was on their web page she went silent before trying to say the prices went up. And I was never yelling but when she started trying to talk over my voice I raised it . TRY BEING HONEST & LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER then you won't have to come online & lie more . It must be so tiring telling...

The only reason I can explain why I order from this place is sheer exhaustion and lack of something else as close to home. They have NEVER gotten a sub order right in my 3 years here, and the foreign female owner is downright rude. Tonight I called and ordered 3 LARGE Italians. I explained what I wanted on each, slowly so the girl who answered the phone could write it down. I got 2 large and one small. None of them had the correct ingredients on them, and mine had a light brown longish hair in it. My hair is red and could not have become entangled in the lettuce. Disgusting. Go to Sunny Villa or if you have the money, open up someplace on this side of town to get these goofballs out of here. They are overpriced and completely...
