Rt. 16 Dairy Bar — Restaurant in Ossipee

Great tasting food & ice cream! Great prices, friendly owner who amazingly remembers me from yr to yr (esp. considering the volume of customers). She also still remembers my cohort, George, who loved eating there; he passed away in 2018.

I Highly recommend this place....dogs, burgers, fish'n chips, lobster some (or all?) of the time, lots of other options, ice cream, & i.c. drinks, etc etc. Yum!

Not fancy, but it's kid-friendly, welcoming & clean. Screened patio, old picnic table dining. I've been there in beach coverup & flip flops many times.

Only thing I'm not crazy about is since there's no inside dining or restroom, the port-a-potty is " the only way to go".

P.S. It's close to OSJL, a drug store, dollar store, gas station & DD, so one area & you can do it all . Check it out!

Pls tell the blonde lady owner who cooks, that the older lady with the white hair whose friend died, says hi! I don't think she knows me by...

typically a great place great prices(although menu wasnt correctly marked for what i got) :/ HOWEVER, girl messed up my order twice in a row. ordered coffee oreo and she gave me choc chip cookie dough? and then we asked for a swap and she repeated coffee oreo back to us. it was peanut butter oreo and when we asked her she goes “yup peanut butter.” girl?? how did u mishear twice. ruined my experience. the choc dip SUCKED and there was a whole bunch at the bottom and it just solidified into one big...

I believed this place to be dog friendly, as I have a Chihuahua, yeah.. she can be a little vocal. After they gave her a dog treat we sat on the porch to eat. And she yipp yapped a little. Before I left some crab from the kitchen came out and put a sign on the entrance to the porch "no dogs" good food, terrible attitudes... You won't...
